Small Business Disclaimer
Please understand we are a small business with a human staff that, and we all individually work full-time positions, separate of this business/website. We strive to provide a transparent and easy shopping experience and overall design project process for all of our customers. ​By purchasing items and or digital goods with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. ​The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We are a team of busy humans, working with human hands, and human brains, please forgive us if we make any mistakes and understand you are not our only client at any given time.
If you’re not sure product is a good fit for you, or if you have any questions, please email us and ask all the questions you’d like before purchasing. We have an extensive FAQ page to answer the most common questions.

Order Processing & Turnaround Time
We make every effort to fulfill every order as quickly as possible, most of our proofs are completed in the evening and on weekends, please be mindful of that timeline especially when requesting status updates. Due to volume and limited staff, Current turnaround time: approx 2 weeks*
Some orders may require a rush order fee. Please provide the required information for your order so that we may complete your project in a timely manner. Failure to submit required information within 48 hours of your order being placed will lose your place in line.

Processing your order
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday - Friday. Orders received after 2pm PST will be processed within the following 1 - 3 business days. "Processed" means we have reviewed your order and determined based on the items and current volume, approximately when your proof would be available.

Date Needed By Field
Each product requests a "Date Needed By" entry. Because this is a date provided by the customer THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED DATE. This date is used as reference for us to process your order's proof date. We will confirm in your anticipated date email what date we can provide the proof. Please allow a cushion from the actual event date and do not list that as the actual event date. Your shipping speed DOES NOT INCLUDE the processing/proof time. Please use your proof date to determine if you should upgrade shipping for time sensitive orders.

Proof Approval
You will receive an email for your project proof before we send to print when applicable. The customer is required to reply to their proof with a a FINAL APPROVAL statement. Your order will be processed for final delivery once we receive the final approval statement. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Revisions Policy
We offer 1- 2 rounds of minor revisions with the goal to move closer to the best end result. Changes are NOT unlimited.

We with our experience and skill will create a design for your project and submit the completed design to your for feedback / approval. Correcting the spelling or date of an event on your design is a minor revision. Moving/changing photos and text/colors around the page means we are doing layout changes and that's a major revision. We are not in the business of being stuck in an endless cycle of nitpicky or vague revisions. Sometimes, the amount of time required to make all of these changes would be similar to that of starting a new project. We want you to be happy, but we also want you to be respectful and mindful of our time. We work and are paid by the hour. When requests fall outside of those project boundaries, you run the risk of being billed at our hourly rate.
Shipping Policy
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location in the US, Canada and UK. Obviously if you live down the street from us in San Francisco, you'll get it faster than someone in New York. We ship through UPS and Fed Ex. UPS/Fed Ex only deliver on weekends. We recommend upgrading shipping for time sensitive orders. Shipping speed does not include processing time. Rush order fee and shipping fee are two separate charges.

General Refund /Exchange Policy
Design Costs paid to Creativelei™ are non-refundable. Only non-custom items are eligible for exchange within 15 days of receipt.

Printing Costs paid to Creativelei™ are refundable only if printing error is determined to be our fault. We are not liable for damages incurred due to printing errors or problems with the files that you provided to us to complete your design.

How Refunds Are Processed
Unless your contract states otherwise, payments made to creativelei.com by credit card will be refunded to the card that the payment was made with. Cash or Check payments will be refunded by Check only. Refund requests must be made prior to receiving written or verbal authorization or approval of acceptance of services performed. After a proof has been accepted, no refund is available on any graphic and design services.
Outdoor Ballon Decor Policy
We use only the highest quality products and techniques to build your décor and we will take steps to minimize the effects of the elements on your outdoor balloon purchases. However, despite our best efforts, due to the general nature of balloons, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY OUTDOOR DECOR will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors.
Most outdoor decor is still subject to popping, “frosting” or fogging/oxidation of the colors, and/or movement from the wind. Rain or mist will cause balloons to stick together, resulting in a huge amount of popping. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage since we have no control over wind, rain, sun, temperature, or any other facet of weather.
Printing fees are 100% non-refundable if printing cycles have begun. If a printing fee refund is requested prior to the commencement of printing cycles, a full refund of printing fees, less a $50 processing fee will be issued.
Printing Services
Design fees for print projects are only refundable prior to the consultation, or the scheduled start date in cases that do not require a consultation.
Projects with hourly design rates may be refunded post-consultation less any hours consumed prior to the cancellation request.

Production costs paid to Creativelei are only refundable prior to Approval. If it is determined that a production error* has occurred, claims made within 30 days of your “In Production” notification will be replaced at no cost. This determination will be made at the discretion of Creativelei and the associated vendor upon receiving evidence of the damages/error.
Rush shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Production errors do not include graphical elements on approved artwork (i.e. typos, incorrect information, color choice, fonts or imagery).
Due to the nature and time of website and logo projects, and the inability to recover time spent on these types of projects, if you decide to cancel your order after we’ve started your project, no refund will be given, under no circumstances unless otherwise stated in your contract.
Website & Logo Projects
Website Refresh
Fees for your website refresh project are divided in two portions, 50% for design and 50% for development. Design fees are only refundable prior to your consultation with a designer.
Cancellation of your website refresh project after the design consultation but before the development of the live site will result in a maximum refund of 50% of the fees paid for the project. There will be no refunds for after the site has gone into development.

Full Website Development & Design
Web design projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs internal expenses. Once a payment or deposit is made, refunds can be considered as follows:

In cases where the project has not been started we will process a refund of payment, less $100 admin fee.

In cases where work has started, a prorated refund will be calculated according to the proportion of work completed.

If client fails to provide required information for a period of 90 consecutive days during any part of the design or development process, Creativelei will honor its commitment to finish the project, but there will be no refund of any fees. There are however no refunds on any completed work

Web Design cancellations must be given in writing. Refunds due to clients will be paid within 30 days of such written notice.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
