We process orders based on “Date Needed” and not by the date the order is placed.  

Due to us allowing the customer to self-input “Date Needed By”, this is NOT a guaranteed date. Please DO NOT use that field for your actual event date. We strongly recommend giving yourself a cushion to allow time for edits and shipping and placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. Orders placed than 2 weeks of date needed by should consider expedited shipping fee. Orders less than 7 days will incur a rush order fee.

 

Within 24-48 business hours of placing your order, we will determine based on our current volume and the products you have in your order, approximately how soon we can provide you with a "anticipated proof date" and notify you via email. That will allow you to gauge your products estimated arrival date based on the shipping option you selected. 

Please do not request status of your order until that date has passed.

    A custom tablecloth is a must have for any tradeshow or popup show. Allow us to create a Stretch Tablecloth for your business or next event! Our printers use full sublimation to allow use for custom colors and image placement. This table cover fits snug to most 6' tables. anvas loops included securing the cover to each leg during install.

    • PROCESSING TIME & TURN AROUND

    • SUBMITTING DETAILS FOR YOUR ORDER

      Once your order has been placed, please make note of your Order #. You can upload your order details to our upload portal: (creativelei.com/upload) or send your details via email to (artwork@creativelei.com).  Always reference your order number in your correspondence.  

      All details, images and desired design requests must be submitted at the start/ BEFORE we begin designing your project. Once you have provided your details and images we will create a design based on the information we have available. Due to our large volume of orders, we will not allow more than 1-2 rounds of modifications to your design, so please be clear in the type of design you are requesting. Any modifications outside of the 2 proof rounds may result in an additional charge @ the graphic designers hourly rate. 

      Please PROOFREAD all of your text before submitting to us, and use the proof round as a double-check. We are not liable for any typographical, spelling, grammar errors, etc. Submitting, “I TRUST YOUR JUDGEMENT” is not an acceptable response.  

      We do not cover image quality issues. Please provide high resolution images and logos in vector / transparent / *png file format for best results. It makes it very difficult to design a backdrop / banner without a *png or vector file.  A $25 conversion fee may apply if your file type prevents us from designing properly.

    • APPROVING YOUR ORDER

      Once we have created the design, we will send you a proof via email. Please be sure to check emails for your proof. All proofs are final are cannot be changed once you submit your final approval statement.

       

      For orders that require printing:

      WE WILL NOT PRINT until we receive a FINAL APPROVAL STATEMENT from the customer.

    • SHIPPING TIME

      Shipping time starts once your artwork is approved . Your order may come in multiple shipments if there are multiple items in your order, as we ship from different locations across the U.S.

       

      Our shipping times are as follows:

       

      Economy Shipping: 6-8 Business Days

      Ground Shipping: 4-5 Business Days

      Expedited Shipping: 2-4 Business Days

       

      BANNER ORDERS

      Overnight Shipping*: $97

      Overnight Shipping 2+ Items*: $147

       

      UPS / FedEx do not deliver packages on Saturday / Sunday / Holidays.

       

      FedEx only deliver packages on Saturday if the customers choose the Overnight Saturday Option. 

       

      We strongly recommend upgrading your shipping for time sensitive orders.
